Work
I don't have hundreds of logos to show you. What I have is a handful of dealers whose whole operation I know by heart — one rescued and consolidated, one built from nothing, one in flight.
Marine retail · OK, MO, TX
An outdated site, an inventory system with no real-time visibility, and phones and IT fragmented across every location. They were growing fast and the systems couldn't keep up.
I rebuilt the website, built a centralized inventory manager with automated third-party sync and custom tagging, unified all locations on one VoIP system with call routing and tracking, and upgraded the IT underneath — networking, POS support, email, cloud collaboration.
“Everything is finally connected and easy to manage.”
Marine & powersports · Oklahoma City, OK
A brand-new dealership walking into a competitive market with no website, no phone system and no IT — and a need to look established from the first day they opened the doors.
I built the whole thing from nothing: a fast, SEO-ready site for the brand launch, an inventory system spanning wake boats through personal watercraft with real-time updates and sales-platform sync, a cloud VoIP setup with local and toll-free numbers and call tracking, and the full IT layer — network, computers, email, printers, remote access.
“We had a business to run and they gave us the foundation to focus on customers — not tech headaches.”
Powersports · Carson City, NV · in progress
A Carson City dealer serving Reno, Tahoe and northern California — new site, inventory manager, and the demand side alongside it. Started narrow and expanded as each piece proved out, which is how most of these go.
Engagement in progress — write-up when there's more to show.
The tool behind them
This is the actual dashboard. Stock split by store, new versus used versus consigned, unit status down to what's on order, and transfers between locations — reading live from the dealer's DMS and syncing back out to the sales platforms. It's the piece a template provider hands you as a locked black box, if they hand it over at all.
Next step
No deck, no pitch deck follow-up sequence. I’ll go through your site, your inventory and where your leads actually end up, and you’ll get an honest read on whether there’s work worth doing.
